More Than an Apartment: Build Community with Centric
Living in Centric property is more than just choosing an apartment, it’s choosing a community, too! We are proud to organize events from game nights to pet photo shoot days and more for our residents, providing opportunities to get to know your neighbors. Here are a few recent events we hosted and a few more coming up!
Soap-Making Demonstration with Magnolia Soap and Bath Co.
In May, Centric residents had the opportunity to check out Kesler’s newest business neighbor: Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. Dan Walvatne, co-owner of the new eco-friendly shop, demonstrated how all the soap is made on-site, and it’s way more satisfying than you might suspect.
Residents were then invited to shop with an exclusive discount and take some samples to try at home. We had a hard time choosing a favorite scent, but attendees all found the perfect one for them!
Plant Bingo with Botanical Brothers
For those with a green thumb, plants make excellent apartment décor. And for those who don’t, what better way to practice than with a plant you won during bingo? Centric cohosted a highly competitive evening of plant bingo in May, offering residents a fun evening and the chance to go home with a brand-new plant and aesthetic planter to liven up their homes.
Morning Donuts & Coffee
Coming up Friday, June 21st, Kesler residents are invited to kick off their day with delicious donuts and coffee from Sandy’s, everyone’s favorite downtown Fargo donut shop. Snag a sweet treat, boost your day with some delicious coffee sourced from Stumbeano’s, and say hi to your neighbors. Head to Kesler’s clubroom from 6:45 AM to 8:00 AM to start your day off right!
While this event is only open to current Kesler residents, keep an eye out for a donuts and coffee event at your building soon!
Centric Resident Appreciation Party
Our favorite event of the year is coming soon! Centric residents are invited to a social ahead of the Folkways Night Bazaar—one of downtown Fargo’s most popular events—on Thursday, July 25th, where you’ll be treated to free beverages and appetizers and take in stunning downtown views from a rooftop patio overlooking Broadway Square as Folkways kicks off the evening’s festivities. As an additional thank you for choosing Centric, residents receive vouchers to redeem for food and drinks at the Night Bazaar to keep the party going.
